Place your DSA order / upgrade your computer

Please note: SFE and SFW funded DSA students are now part of the new DSA Framework which came into effect on the 26th of February 2024. https://www.gov.uk/government/news/slc-introduces-improved-disabled-students-allowance-service

If you have a funding body approval letter (DSA2) from SFE or SFW stating that we are your supplier, you can still submit this to us by following the instructions below. In certain cases, depending on the date of the letter, we may need to seek approval from your funding body to check we are still authorised to proceed.

To process your order we will always need a copy of your funding body approval letter along with your contact details.

3. 2 Use the example letter displayed to help you identify the correct document to upload
5. 3 Complete the form and upload your approval letter

Visit our upgrades page and when you complete your order form, simply include details of your upgrade choice(s) so we can email a quote across to you.

Once we have all your information we will process your order and email you with a breakdown of the items on your order and the next steps in the process including how to make your £200 contribution payment (if applicable), arranging delivery etc.

From the date of receiving the order confirmation email, our scheduling team will contact you within 2-3 working days to arrange your delivery with you. We will aim for delivery within 5-10 working days subject to the items on your order and your availability.
