We have received an increase in requests for Insurance and Warranty on 3rd party machines due to the fact that more and more students appear to be purchasing machines from the open market.
With this in mind, we have been working closely with our insurance partner, Burnetts, and have jointly developed a scheme whereby students will be able to obtain an extremely competitive quotation for Insurance and Warranty. This policy will also give the student the peace of mind they require as the service levels we deliver are to QAF standard or higher, and will far exceed those of a standard high street retailer.

Once the student visits the Website they can then follow the very simple instructions to apply for their policy directly with Burnett Insurance, arrange any necessary health checks, view information on policy details and the claims process itself.
The policy covers repair of a damaged laptop by Barry Bennett's trained engineers. If a laptop is stolen or cannot be repaired, students will receive a DSA standard machine.
We hope this helps to “fill the gap” and enable you to advise the student on where they can find a competitive comprehensive policy if they wish to purchase or extend their warranty and insurance.
