Roger On

Roger On is a microphone dedicated for all conversations that occur in background noise and over distance.

Experience the hearing performance
Roger On is a microphone dedicated for all conversations that occur in background noise and over distance. With its ability to distinguish the direction of incoming speech and Pointing mode 2.0, users have the flexibility to focus on the conversations that truly matter at work, in lectures and during social activities.

Hear where the sound is coming from
MultiBeam 2.0 Technology automatically compares the signal coming into the multiple microphones and chooses the beam with the best signal-to-noise ratio. This new feature also recognizes which direction the speech is coming from. Delivered to the hearing aids*, this spatial information supports patients in conversations.

Zoom in on the person talking
Pointing mode 2.0 uses three microphones in a row allowing the microphone to zoom in on the person talking. This new feature is great when noise is present or in a group conversation where there is a distance to a talker. This mode can be used when the microphone is held in the hand or placed on a table.

Automatic microphone modes for any use case
Thanks to the built-in accelerometer, Roger On recognizes the sound environment and its position, and switches automatically between Table mode, Presenter mode and Pointing mode. With its display it’s possible to see which mode is active and the status of the device.

Protected against splashes of water
Roger On is protected against splashes of water and IP54 rated. It can be used in everyday situations, like placed on a table where drinks are present or worn outdoors.

myRogerMic app gives control
The myRogerMic app allows clients to personalize their settings of the Roger On microphone according to the environment, giving them the freedom to simply enjoy the moment.

Award-Winning Design
Roger On is now the recipient of three coveted awards for product design and innovation. It is honored with a 2021 iF Design Award in the Product discipline due in part to its large multifunctional button and visual display and also received a 2021 German Innovation Award for its user benefits, functionality and ease-of-use. Roger On also received a “Red Dot” Award, one of the most internationally sought-after seals of quality for outstanding product design.

Connectivity
Roger On can stream sound from TVs, music players, computers, gaming systems by simply connecting to the included docking station or USB C connector.

MultiTalker Network
Roger On can be used alone or together with other Roger microphones in a MultiTalker Network providing your patient with access to multiple talkers in any situation. MultiTalker netwoks can only be created within the Roger for Home portfolio or within the Roger for Education portfolio, but not between the two microphone types. For example, a Touchscreen Mic and a Roger On cannot be in the same MultiTalker network.

Roger On™ iN
Roger On iN has the capability to install two Roger receivers into a pair of Sonova hearing devices with RogerDirect™. This allows Roger microphones to stream directly to the hearing aids.
